Key Qualification

Mr. Reginald is the Managing Partner of ABS Consultants.
He is a Certified Public Accountant in Public Practice (CPA-PP) with over 18 years’ experience in the accounting, taxation and financial matters including over 8 years’ experience with PricewaterhouseCoopers and Deloitte & Touche audit firms. He received on the job training on public sector financial advisory services, audit of banks, insurance, public limited companies, service institutions, mining companies and consulting firms. Some of the audit clients handled included TOTAL Tanzania Limited, GAPCO Tanzania Limited, Tanzania Cigarette Company Ltd, Standard Chartered Bank, Geita Gold Mining, Mirambo Street Properties, Kenya Commercial Bank, International Bank of Malaysia, Lion Insurance of Tanzania, Securicor Gray (T) Limited and East Hides (T) Limited and Kahama Gold Mining. He also has extensive experience dealing with public sector and Non- Governmental Organizations.

Mr. Reginald has 4 years’ experience working with Deloitte &Touche and over 4 years’ experience working with PricewaterhouseCoopers. He has over 8 years’ experience in consulting firms handling taxation and auditing of various clients. He also saved as a Head of Finance with Catholic Relief Services for over 4 years.

Mr. Reginald has extensive knowledge and exposure to the theory and practice of the Income Tax Act 2004, VAT Act, Accounting, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, Generally Accepted Accounting Standards, International Financial Reporting Standards, and Government Auditing Standards, budget planning and analysis, including technical procedures, and methods for computing and reporting for financial programs. He has long experience on Monitoring and Evaluation as well as Institutional Risk Assessments.
